Following the registration deadline, all Triathletes are assigned to heats based on their estimated swim time. Out of courtesy for other participants, please do your best to submit an accurate estimated swim time. If your estimated swim time changes significantly prior to the registration deadline, please contact ubctriathlon@rec.ubc.ca.

Please note that heat times are subject to change depending on final registration numbers.
