This is a great way to begin the 2013 race season. It's one of BCs largest and longest-running triathlons offering a wide variety of distances - Olympic, Sprint, or Short - as well as a Duathlon, Relay, and Kids Aquathlon, so there really is something for everyone. Professional organization, friendly volunteers, and a beautiful course through the UBC Campus have all made this event a favourite for both those new to the sport and pros.

Participants are encouraged to save time on race day by picking up their race package in advance.

NOTE: Participants may only pick up their own race package and will be required to show photo ID and sign a waiver. If you are unable to attend, you may pick up your race package on race day. All members of relay teams must be present to sign a waiver in order to receive the team's race package.

The race package will include your race number and safety pins, event information and race day procedures, Powerbar product, upcoming event information, and a technical shirt (if purchased). Please note that the bag serves as your wet bag on race day.

The bike inspection is mandatory. No bike or helmet will be allowed into cycle transition unless our bike inspection staff has certified it. The bike inspection can be completed before race day by visiting a Different Bikes Location during regular store hours from Feb 25 - Mar 9, 2013. Bike inspection will also be available at UBC on race day.

Note: Different Bikes' 5th location at West 4th Avenue and Pine Street is now open and available to complete bike inspections!
