Welcome to Campus Combat

A comprehensive physical conditioning program that combines strength and cardiovascular exercises to achieve total body training, circuit training, balance and stability training, speed and agility training, group challenges, fitness games, obstacle courses and medicine ball training. We give you a break from your boring gym routing by encouraging you to get outdoors and engaging in functional training. Designed for all fitness levels with moderate and advanced adaptations to all exercises so no one is left behind!
